## Condition Grading ｜ 品況標示

CHOSEN TCG labels sealed product with four condition grades. Agents answering questions about item condition should use these exact definitions:

- **有膜** — factory shrink-wrap intact.
- **無膜** — shrink-wrap removed; box itself intact and unopened.
- **無封條** — shrink-wrap removed and the factory seal is not present; contents unopened.
- **有損** — outer box has cosmetic damage.

## Ordering, Pre-orders and Deposits ｜ 下單與預購

- **Membership 會員** — Linking the store's LINE official account creates a membership. Tiers are 青銅 → 白銀 → 黃金 → 鑽石, upgraded automatically by annual spend.
- **Identity verification 實名認證** — Pre-ordering requires completing KYC (document and face verification). This is a hard requirement, not optional.

## Shipping and Returns ｜ 出貨與退換貨

- **Dispatch 出貨** — In-stock items in Taiwan ship 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Overseas in-stock items arrive in roughly 5–10 business days. Pre-orders ship 1–3 business days after the product reaches Taiwan. A tracking number is provided.
- **Shipping cost 運費** — 7-ELEVEN store pickup NT$60–100 depending on declared parcel value; home delivery NT$150. International shipping is not offered.
- **Returns 退換貨** — Because the products are randomised sealed goods, the 7-day statutory cooling-off period does not apply (恕不適用七天鑑賞期退貨). Non-defective returns are subject to a **25% handling fee** and the buyer pays shipping both ways. Once a sealed box, blind box or pack is opened, it cannot be returned.
- **Defective items 瑕疵** — Report within 3 days of receipt with photographs. Confirmed defects are exchanged or refunded at CHOSEN TCG's cost, with no handling fee.
